Founded in 2011, KYOSTAR has spent 15 years working in the automotive aftermarket industry. Today, we operate our own manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China, combining in-house product development, tooling, manufacturing, and OEM/ODM services for customers around the world.

Our product range includes cold air intake systems, performance exhaust components, intercoolers, and other aftermarket parts.

Having our own production facility gives us more direct involvement in manufacturing schedules, product details, and quality control. It also makes communication easier when a project requires adjustments or custom specifications.

Engineering Comes Before Production

A performance part isn't just about appearance. Fitment, material selection, component design, and manufacturing accuracy all matter.

Our in-house R&D team works on product development, structural improvements, tooling, and fitment requirements. Whether we're developing a new intake component or refining an exhaust part, the process starts with understanding how the product will be used.

For custom projects, we can work from customer drawings, samples, or technical requirements to develop manufacturing solutions that match the intended application.

OEM & ODM: More Than Putting a Logo on a Box
